Data Export & Account Closure Guide

86'd and 86 Operations are brand names for this service. The legal operating entity has not been finalized; it will be named here before this document can be accepted or become binding. DRAFT — PENDING LEGAL REVIEW. This document has not been reviewed by counsel and is not yet a binding agreement.
Export: owners can download a full JSON export of their restaurant's data from Security & Privacy (re-verification required). Report-level CSV exports are available in each module.
Closure: submit a closure request in Legal & Privacy. 86'd confirms the owner's identity, schedules deletion with a 30-day window during which it can be cancelled, then permanently purges restaurant data.
Employee or guest requests: the restaurant handles these; submit an access/correction/deletion request here and 86'd will help locate and remove the data.
