86'd and 86 Operations are brand names for this service. The legal operating entity has not been finalized; it will be named here before this document can be accepted or become binding. DRAFT — PENDING LEGAL REVIEW. This document has not been reviewed by counsel and is not yet a binding agreement.
- Emergent (application hosting, database, file storage, AI gateway) — processing location [to be confirmed with provider].
- Stripe (subscription and deposit payments; hosted checkout) — [location to be confirmed].
- OpenAI, accessed through the Emergent AI gateway (AI features, only when enabled by the owner) — [location and retention terms to be confirmed].
- Google (optional "Sign in with Google", via Emergent-managed sign-in) — identity only.
