86'd and 86 Operations are brand names for this service. The legal operating entity has not been finalized; it will be named here before this document can be accepted or become binding. Who this covers: restaurant owners and managers who use 86'd, their employees whose information is entered, and guests whose reservation or event details are stored. What we collect: account details (name, email, role), restaurant operations data (sales, labor, inventory, tasks, logs, events), employee records entered by the restaurant (schedules, tips, performance notes), guest details entered by the restaurant or synced from connected integrations, and technical data (IP address, device/browser, sign-in times) for security. Why: to provide the service, secure accounts, prevent abuse, provide support you request, and bill subscriptions. Roles: for employee and guest information, the restaurant decides what is collected and why (it is the business/controller); 86'd processes it on the restaurant's instructions (service provider/processor). Employees and guests should contact the restaurant first; 86'd will assist the restaurant. Sharing: only with the subprocessors listed in the Subprocessor List, and when legally required.
