Which features use AI: Ask 86'd, morning brief/coaching, invoice and sales-report reading, employee performance summaries.
What is sent: only the data the requesting user is already allowed to see for the current restaurant and location. Financial data is excluded for roles without financial access. Card numbers and SSN-like patterns are removed before sending.
Training: restaurant data is not used by 86'd to train shared models. Provider retention and training settings are [pending confirmation with the AI provider].
Controls: the owner can turn all AI processing off in Security & Privacy. AI never changes records, permissions, payments or sends messages on its own — suggested actions require a person to confirm.
